There are a total of 80 figures in the Harbinger set.

The special miniature was reportedly "Mialee, Elf Wizard", which was meant to be included in Special Edition Scourge of Worlds DVD packs. In fact, she was never released in those packs, despite the miniature being created.

The eight terrain tiles are non-random, one of each in each Entry Pack. People who only play the rpg might want 'em.
